In July 2024, cryptocurrency projects such as AltLayer (ALT), Xai (XAI), Aptos (APT), Arbitrum (ARB), Optimism (OP), Sui (SUI), Immutable (IMX), and Starknet (STRK) are set to unlock approximately $755 million worth of tokens as their vesting periods conclude. The largest token unlock will be by AltLayer on July 25, releasing 684 million ALT tokens valued at about $125 million. Xai follows with $93 million worth of tokens unlocking on July 9. Aptos will release 11.31 million APT tokens worth $77 million in July, continuing its series of token releases following previous unlocks in May and June. Arbitrum plans to release $75 million in tokens on July 16, while Optimism, Sui, Immutable, and Starknet also have significant token unlocks scheduled for the month.
